Gibbston Tavern – A Central Otago icon, The Gibbston Tavern is a family-run gem nestled in the heart of wine country. I first joined the team in 2023 as Sales & Marketing Manager and have continued supporting them ever since through Ground Up Marketing.

From building and managing their website to overseeing social media, newsletters, content shoots, and ongoing marketing support (think menu design, events, and partnerships), it’s been a joy to help amplify the Tavern’s legendary charm both online and off.
